Quantum Fragments

1. Initial Setup

- Unbox your Quantum Fragments™ and familiarize yourself with each one.

- Set aside a quiet, comfortable space where you can focus without interruptions.

2. Goal Setting

- Identify the specific goals or emotional states you want to achieve (e.g., enhance focus, reduce stress).

3. Scent Mapping

- Pairing: Assign each Quantum Fragment™ to a specific goal or emotional state. For example, assign a calming scent to relaxation or a refreshing scent to focus. Do this by natural measuring your brain’s instinctive reaction to each scent.

- Record-keeping: Document which scent is paired with which goal or emotion.

4. Implementation

- Use the selected scent during activities that align with your goals. For example, smell the "focus" scent during study sessions: once you have set up your space to study and are ready to begin, sniff the bottle for “focus” and imagine you are the best scholar it is possible to be. Every time you lose focus, draw your mind back to the subject at hand, and sniff again.

- Inhale the scent deeply for a few moments at the beginning of the activity, then at intervals during the activity, to reinforce the association. Think about the different facets of the scent, its various textures, and visual associations.

5. Consistency

- Integrate the use of these scents into your daily routine. Consistent usage will strengthen the neurological pathways between the scent and the desired emotional state or goal.

- Reflect and adjust as needed, using your journal to track progress and make any necessary changes to your scent-goal pairings.

6. Outcomes

- After several sessions, the scent:emotion cycle should reverse: the scent that you once smelled during your focus time should eventually trigger the desire to focus when it is sniffed outside of that scenario.

Note of caution: scents, especially new ones, act like memory/state of mind/emotional timestamps.
