Aromaplex

1. Initial Setup

- Unbox the nine Aromaplex™ scents and familiarize yourself with each one.

- Set aside a quiet, comfortable space where you can focus without interruptions.

2. Calibration Phase

- Exposure: Smell each of the nine scents, one at a time, taking a few moments to experience each scent fully.

- Assessment: Reflect on the emotions each scent naturally evokes for you. Take notes if necessary.

3. Association Phase

- Selection: Choose six scents that you feel the strongest connection with.

- Allocation: Assign each of the chosen six scents to one of the following emotions: confidence, motivation, elation, willpower, peace, and focus.

4. Reinforcement

- Use the assigned scents during activities or times that align with the corresponding emotions. For example, smell the "confidence" scent after a presentation that has gone well. This should associate the euphoria of success with that scent. (Later, the scent:emotion cycle should reverse, whereby you can sniff the “confidence” scent and it will trigger that same feeling prior to the event happening.)

- Repeat this practice regularly to strengthen the scent-emotion association. Consistent usage will strengthen the neurological pathways between the scent and the desired emotional state or goal.

5. Consistency

- With your scents mapped to specific brain responses, you can now go ahead and create a Scentigrade™ fragrance for your personal use, which is highly detailed in its customised to your identity.

Note of caution: scents, especially new ones, act like memory/state of mind/emotional timestamps. It is not recommended to use Aromaplex™ nor Quantum Fragments™ in place of therapy or medicine, nor during traumatic periods in life.
